Hi, I'm Jeff Hayward and it's now just 4 days to go until my brother Mark and I head off on our NSW south coast cycling tour.

We'll be heading down to Merimbula by car, and then work our way back to Wollongong over the next 10 days or so.

The tricycles we'll be using are Greenspeed Magnums, which we've been practicing on for about 11 months now.

Still some packing to do before then.
